- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How long will my package take to arrive in Jamaica?
- We ship two to four times per week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday before 12pm
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- To avoid paying Custom’s fee, ensure to keep your order total under $100USD. Orders that are totaled over $100USD are liable to attract custom’s fee.
- What are restricted items?
- Packages such as meats, guns, knives, etc., are deemed as restricted items by the Jamaica Customs You may visit they’re https://www.jacustoms.gov.jm website for additional information.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- What if I'm far away from Montego Bay ?
- Far away from our location? That's the least of concern, We use the two delivering services knutsford express/Zipmail to get packages directly to you.

- Our office is online based at the moment. We will let you know when this has changed.
- EMAILS & NOTIFICATIONS
- You get email updates about your packages from ordering upon delivery. If you don't have internet access you'll get Whatsapp updates on your package.
- Do I have to provide an invoice for my package?
- It’s a mandatory request by the Jamaica Customs that invoices must be provided for packages arriving in the country. Failure to provide invoices will result in having your packages delayed and at times having incorrect charges upon final collection/delivery of packages.
